I graduated from the University of Birmingham having completed my undergraduate masters in Chemistry. My final year project was carried out under supervision of Paco developing a bio-sensing platform for the cholera toxin. After graduated I joined Imaging Equipment Ltd (IEL) to work in the field of nuclear medicine as a sales and product development representative. In September 2015 I joined the MIBTP doctoral training programme with my PhD focused around developing polymers capable of adhering to bacteria and altering their signaling pathways under the supervision of Paco and Anne-Marie Krachler.
In my spare time I like to windsurf, play badminton and play in the City of Birmingham brass band.
